Over the past week, the biggest fitness YouTuber, Jeff Cavaliere, has been outed for using fake plates during his lifts. At this point, the suspicion that he used fake plates has hardened into fact; this issue is no longer really being debated online. The “heavy lifting” was originally done by another YouTube channel called “Curlean-X”, which is a play on words of Cavaliere’s channel, “Athlean-X”.
If you have any lifting experience at all, you’ll probably be able to see for yourself that these lifts are fake, but keep in mind that he quite literally fooled millions of viewers for years, so don’t feel bad if you can’t see it
not sure if Anthony was using fake weights there or not but he is strong anyways and deserves the respect. He also seems to be a funny dude, so NO Hate.
