Most people will agree that bragging is pretty annoying. If you find yourself regularly talking about how great or important you are, odds are that it’s getting on at least one person’s nerves. Don’t beat yourself up, though! Now that you’ve recognized the behavior, you can make pretty simple changes. It’s fine (and even good) to be proud of yourself. The key is just to find better ways to express that. Even if your kids or friends are the ones bragging, it’s never to early to try to change their behavior, too!
